Percy Winder was born around 1893 in Newhaven, Sussex. His trade given as assistant grocer.
He was entitled to 1914 Star trio, arriving in France on 19/10/1914.He was wounded WW1 and entitled to a "wound stripe" He re-enlisted in the R.A. (Territorials) 16/02/1940.He served with various Technical Training groups in WW2.He was finally discharged in 1954.
He was working as a postman in 1935, and died in 1963 aged 69 at Worthing, Sussex.
