50942 Private George Charles Dickens 18th Btn., Manchester Regiment died of wounds on 31st July 1917 aged 23.The Son of George and Alice Dickens of 14, Duke St., Guise, Bedfordshire; husband of Agnes Dickens of The White Cottage, Bushey Park Gardens, Teddington, Middlesex. He lived at Teddington and enlisted at Staines, Middlesex. He is buried at The Lissenthoek Military Cemetery.
