Also comes with his Regular Army Red Book, which shows he enlisted on 18th January 1944, and confirms entitlement to all the medals.He is shown as serving with H.M.SHIPS AUSTRALIA from 19/02/1952 to 14/01/1953 for the Nuclear testing programme and the explosion of the U.K.'s first nuclear bomb on Monte Bello Island on 2nd October 1952.
He was discharged on 1st September, 1960.
