Harold Septimus Burn was born around 1880 at Sland, Sunderland,Durham.
He was commissioned in to The Durham Royal Garrison Artillery 13th February 1901.
1st Welsh Field Company Welsh Divisional Engineers; second Lieutenant Harold Septimus Burn, from the 12st Pembrokeshire Volunteer Battalion, The Welsh Regiment, to be 2nd Lieutenant with precedence as in the the Volunteer Force.Dated 1st April 1908.
