Born Tunbridge, Kent Attested 30 January,1844.Arrived on the Herefordshire, 1846,on unlimited engagement, and in the Public Works Dept.He died in 1864.
According to Asplins roll,only 22 Europeans, and 248 Natives of the Bombay Sappers and Miners received the I.G.S. clasp Persia.
